Why have you changed jobs in the past?
Some job changes were due to relocations to different states, while others were intentional moves toward roles that better aligned with my expertise. Additionally, several positions were fixed-term contracts, allowing me to contribute my skills to short-term projects and set the client up for future success. Each role has provided valuable experience and I’m now excited to bring that to a team where I can grow and contribute long-term.
Why are you looking to transition from self-employed to a company again?
I've truly enjoyed building my studio but I miss the collaboration and energy of working with a team. I'm looking forward to being able to exchange ideas and take on new challenges within a larger company than my company of one.
How would you describe your work style?
I'm highly adaptable and detail-oriented so I thrive when actively problem solving, whether independently or collaboratively. After determining whether my role in a project is granular or at a 30,000ft view, I'm able to dive in for work that's both strategic and creative.
